Jason Suttels, a Belgian long track speed skater and inline skater, has made waves with his impressive achievements in both sports.

In 2022, Suttels made a name for himself in inline skating by securing the world championship title in the 10,000m points race and securing the European championship in the 10,000m elimination race. He also showcased his skills with a third-place finish at the World Inline Skating Cup, highlighting his talent on wheels.

Suttels has also been a valuable member of the Powerslide/Matter Racing Team, contributing to their success in the team World Cup from 2017 to 2023.

Transitioning to long track speed skating in 2018, Suttels showcased his potential by setting national junior records and participating in long track marathons with the IKO/Powerslide team.

Teaming up with talented skaters like Bart Swings and Indra Médard, Suttels represented Belgium at the 2022 European Inline Skating Championships, earning a silver medal in the 3000m relay. In the 2023-2024 season, the trio impressed in the World Cup team Pursuit events, achieving third and first positions in the B division and qualifying for the European Championships and World Cup A division.
