Joining the Belgian national inline skating team in 2014, Médard made his mark on the international stage in 2017. That year, he clinched the title of junior world champion at the World Roller Games in Nanjing. Additionally, he secured the runner-up position at the European Championships in Lagos.

Indra made the transition to ice in 2021 and quickly caught attention. His debut in the sport was marked by several top-10 finishes during his first season in the Netherlands as a member of Team Sprog in the top division.

In 2022, Médard claimed the Belgian all-round speed skating championship title in Tilburg and during his World Cup debut year, he earned 6th place with the Team Pursuit at Worlds alongside Bart Swings and Jason Suttels. Pretty impressive if you ask us.

With the goal of qualifying for the Olympics, Indra is well on his way!

Calgary. Where other ice rinks are mostly located in the middle of nowhere, this rink is part of a Uni campus and this creates a nice vibe.
