In December 2023, Fran made her debut in the senior World Cup circuit in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Poland. She impressed with a third-place finish in the mass start, earning her a spot in the prestigious A-group in Calgary. Later that season, she competed in the European Championships n the 500m, 1000m, and the mass start. She also participated in the World Championships representing Belgium in the Mass Start.
